Pre Market Engagement regarding the supply of a Climate Data Platform for Belfast City Council

Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to request expressions of interest from the market in participating in a pre market engagement exercise for the provision of a Climate Data Platform. The pre market engagement exercise will take the form of an initial questionnaire and will help the Council better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity within the market to supply and deliver a Climate Data Platform to help support the development and delivery of the Council's Climate Action Plan. There may also be a requirement to hold informal engagement sessions with some or all interested parties. Lot 1: The Council is looking to procure a data platform that collates, analyses and communicates data and information to support decision making around climate proofing both the Council and the City. Additional information: Please note that this procurement exercise may fall below the FTS threshold and as such, a contract notice may not be placed.
