Planning Consultancy Services

Tender description

The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a suitably qualified entity to provide a full Planning Consultancy service. The successful Tenderer will provide assistance to the Contracting Authorities in delivering their respective development programs. A detailed Scope of Services required is provided in Document 02 – Scope of Services – Planning Consultant. Contract period: 2 years with options to extend for 2 periods of 12 months. It is envisaged that each Contracting Authority which is party to the Contract will, as the need arises, issue the Contractor with a Service Order in respect of any services required. The Contracting Authorities reserve the right to issue Service Orders at any time during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform any Service Order issued by a Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authorities reserve the right to run separate competitions outside of the Contract to fulfil specific requirements. The Contracting Authorities give no guarantee of the volume, quantity or value of the services to provided under this contract. The Contracting Authorities make no representation and provide no guarantee or warranty as to the quantity, value or nature of the Services that will be issued under the Contract. It shall be noted that the Contractor’s performance in providing the Services will be monitored and measured in accordance with the Contract.
