Planned Major Adaptations

Tender description

Radius Housing Association wishes to carry out a procurement exercise for a Contractor(s) to provide the works in connection with Planned Major Adaptations in Northern Ireland identified below. The schemes will be procured in individual projects, under this one procurement. Details of the schemes are set out in the Procurement Documents. The Works being procured in this Competition are at various stages of preparation and are divided into ELEVEN individual and separate projects and are as set out in the Procurement Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, where a Contractor is successful in being awarded multiple contracts/projects at Invitation to Tender Stage, they may be required to work concurrently across multiple sites.
