PEACE IV - Addressing Manifestations Works

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is inviting tenders for the PEACE IV Addressing Manifestations Works. The project may include the following elements: (SITE 1) Crumlin United Football and Social club: Creation of accessible community garden and fencing to side of social club. Installation of kitchen units, tiling and flooring within social club. (SITE 2) Whiteabbey Community Centre: Remove existing flooring in main hall, and replace with dance. Also to include external lighting of building. (SITE 3) Monkstown Community Centre: New kitchen fit out including flooring, tiling etc. (SITE 4) Monkstown Community Forum: Supply and installation of 2m high ibex type fencing, plus double gate and new gate and replacement of 2 panels to existing ibex type perimeter fence. (SITE 5) Randalstown Viaduct Path: Installation of lighting on public path on top of viaduct. This may also include additional trenching, ducting, cabling and reinstatement. (SITE 6) Lock Keepers Cottage, Toomebridge: Building of sunroom type extension onto existing building, including foundations, flooring, roofing, insulation, windows and doors, and heating and electrical works.
