Machine must be prepared for infeed rollers from side at later date. Machine must be capable of automatically handling a bale height of 750mm Machine must have built in device to help speed up the cross cutting process. Pressure beam height must be controllable. Main saw motor to be 24kw minimum. Must have built in system to enhance dust collection from the machine bed. Must have scoring saw blade adjustment via the controller. Must have operator assistance to help eliminate wrong parts being presented for cross cutting cycle. Minimum Air table length: 1st table 2800mm, tables 2, 3 & 4 have a minimum length of 2150mm. Must have label printing facility with parts graphics included. Software: Optimization Software and training must be included. Software must be capable of automatically eliminate board movement after cutting. When jobs are batched together for optimization the software must be capable of identifying the correct parts for different jobs after the cutting process has been completed.
