<p>Newcastle City Council and Redcar &amp; Cleveland Council, acting as joint Lead Authorities on behalf of the NEPO Member Authorities, are preparing to publish an Invitation to Tender inviting Providers to tender for the delivery of services for: 1) Foster Care placements for Children and Young People 0 &ndash; 18 years, and 2) Staying Put Arrangements for Young People 18+ years To support Providers in their application to this Initiation to Tender (ITT) the Councils are delivering a free, open session for interested Providers. The session will be delivered through a single Microsoft Teams appointment with the following, indicative timings: Part 1: Tender Ready Support Session Date: Thursday, 17 February 2022 Time: 10:00am &ndash; 11:00am Method of meeting: Microsoft Teams Areas to be covered: &bull; How to prepare and submit a tender response &bull; Questions from Providers Part 2: Pre-Tender Session Date: Thursday, 17 February 2022 Time: 11:00am &ndash; 12:00pm Method of meeting: Microsoft Teams Areas to be covered: &bull; How to access the ITT &bull; Documents that will be in the ITT &bull; Documents to be returned in your response to the ITT &bull; Question from Providers These sessions will be recorded and made available to all Providers through the Initiation to Tender. Attendance at these events will be limited to a maximum of two delegates, per organisation.
