<p>Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of a condition report, following inspection of RoRo Berths #2, #3 and their associated Mooring Spine and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Employer&rsquo;s requirements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>RoRo berths #2 (a single deck floating pontoon) and #3 (a double deck floating pontoon) are separated by a mooring spine which services both berths. Berth #2 is presently in service, however berth #3 is presently not in use.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is intended that the output from the condition report will be utilised to inform a scope of works to keep #2 berth in regular service and to return #3 to a serviceable condition.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1 April 2022, or sooner if practicable, for a duration of 6 weeks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to this notice and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations.
