Accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness with support needs aged over 18. Lot 1: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - Intensive and Long-term Support Service 21 units of accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages aged over 18. Lot 2: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - Intensive Support Service 23 units of accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages aged over 18. Lot 3: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - Women's Intensive Support Service 13 units of accommodation and support for Women (transgender women, cisgender) experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages Lot 4: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - Flexible Support Service 49 units of accommodation and support for people who do not require 24-hour accommodation but are experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages. Lot 5: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - LGBTIQ+ Transitional Support Service 8 units of accommodation and support for LGBTIQ+ people over the age of 25 experiencing multiple disadvantages, rough sleeping and homelessness. Lot 6: HRS Single Homeless Pathway - Transitional & Move on Service 100 units of transitional and move on support service for those with low support needs who are able to live independently.
