Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Keele University Lot 1: Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Keele University. <br/><br/>The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal.<br/><br/>HEE is seeking a provider to deliver a Global Health masters via blended learning to enable eligible individuals to undertake formal academic training in Global Health Leadership.<br/>Keele University has existing relationships with international counterparts and are exploring the future leadership requirements for global pandemics. In addition to this, HEE already have an existing educational contract with this provider, so they are an established HEI already used by HEE. <br/>HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other HEI to be able to fulfil the criteria necessary for this bursary other than Keele University as:<br/><br/>• HEE are currently working with this supplier to deliver the blended learning Global Health masters.<br/>• There are no other providers taking this approach to widening participation.<br/>• There is a matter of urgency for this direct award to enable it to be in place to support applications for the next cohort of learners therefore using the providers that are already in place will facilitate this. <br/><br/><br/>For the Specification, Contract and the Case for Direct Award please access the portal at: <br/>https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects <br/>All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal. <br/>If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the eTendering Portal in the first instance within 30 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice.<br/>The financial envelope for this PIN is £225,000 <br/>The closing date of this PIN is midday on 07 March 2022
