Tender description

Part of the FM Contract with the BSF Schools is to provide a fire and intruder alarm maintenance and monitoring service as well as a facility to attend out of hours call outs via a keyholding service. The service includes for quarterly visits to service the fire alarm and a yearly service on the intruder alarm and provide service reports following each visit. Both alarms are to be monitored 24/7 and responded to out of hours.
