Consultancy Services including: Lead Consultant, Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Fire Consultant, Project Supervisor Design Process, Design/ Assigned Certifiers, and Employer’s Representative Services. For: Proposed Development of 12 No. Self-Contained Emergency Housing units; a small single storey supervised access building with meeting room; a small 2-storey Childrens support building with meeting room on each floor; and alteration of current residential accommodation to refuge administration building with client rooms to include 2-storey extension; Stage services (ii) to (v) At: Highfield, 89 Newry Road, Dundalk, Co.
