Tender description

This is undergoing a re-tendering exercise combining with the Public Health Post Natal Depression Service to create one service specification. This will bring efficiencies and streamline the service offer. There has been a delay in commissioning due to bringing the 2 services together after the PPBC's identified this would benefit from being an Integrated Service through the integrated Commissioning Group. This service is a high performing service that is successful in reducing the number of children brought into care. The exemption is to enable the TUPE requirements to be concluded once the service is tendered.
