Consultancy Services: Whole Plan Development Viability and Community Infrastructure Levy Evidence

<p>Gosport Borough Council (&lsquo;the Council&rsquo;) is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide evidence and support to its emerging new development strategy. This strategy includes a new Local Plan and a revised and updated Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). The Council is therefore seeking suitably robust development viability evidence in line with national planning guidance to support these projects through future public examination. The Council therefore wishes to procure the services of a Development Viability Consultant to produce an NPPF-compliant whole plan viability report.
