Providing a clean and safe working environment for our staff, visitors and businesscustomers is important to ORE Catapult.The purpose of this tender is to establish a professional and reliable cleaning and washroomservice, including general, deep, industrial, and decontamination cleaning at each of its sitelocations throughout the UK.Tenders are to note that the service may vary depending on the site location.Tenders may apply for one or all the site locations, as this tender is broken down into specificLots.It is anticipated that the contracts will commence on 02 May 2022. (WA Ref:118268)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Social Value Themes:• Theme 3 - Fighting Climate ChangeMAC4.1 - Delivery of additional environmental benefits through the performance of the Contract, including working towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions eg. reduction of the amount of materials and products from sustainable sources, building diversity within the supply chain, or reducing carbon footprint.• Theme 4 - Equal OpportunityMAC6.1 -Demonstrate action to identify and tackle inequality in employment, skills, and pay in the Contractors workforce.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
