• Training should be delivered on-line using MS Teams. • Training should be delivered to 2 x separate groups, each group consisting of up to 8 members of staff. • Training should develop the skills and knowledge of Education Scotland staff to be effective and confident in managing the Freedom of Information function in a Scottish public authority. • Training should be set in a Scottish context, relevant to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 • Training should conclude before 31 March 2022 • Assessment and opportunity to gain Practitioner Certificate in Scottish Freedom of Information should be provided by the supplier (It is understood the assessment and certificate will not be gained as part of initial training but on completion of work-based evidence). • Assessment and certification will not attract any additional cost • Training should be tailored (where possible) for Education Scotland staff.
