Tender description

Nottingham City Council would like to establish levels of interest from managed work space operators / creative organisations in Nottingham to lease a multi-use building which we anticipate would incorporate both public & private studios/gallery, flexible offices and meeting space. The venue is the frontage to the former Nottingham Central Library building on Angel Row. We expect the building to become available for occupancy in March 2024.
