The organisation recognises that this will require IT infrastructure and systems that support excellent services. This includes the transition of customer interaction to online channels and self-service where possible.\r \r Whilst the Council is undergoing rapid transformation into the digital age, there is an increasing demand for the ad-hoc supply, maintenance and disposal of software, and hardware across the Borough. The Council is therefore looking to enter into a formal arrangement with a supplier, for the provision of Information Communication and Technology services on an ad-hoc basis.
