River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Window Replacement Works at 88 Neil Street, a tenement property in Greenock, PA16 9JF. A detailed schedule of works is provided within Appendix C; Architects Drawings are provided at Appendix F and Preamble and Preliminary information is contained within Appendix G. RCH would recommend that bidders perform a site visit as no uplift in the submitted tendered rates will be accepted by RCH, due to the preferred bidder’s lack of knowledge of the property. Bidders should arrange a Site Visit by emailing: Andrew.Bonham@riverclydehomes.org.uk Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
