The Council currently commissions a variety of services for adults and children. The Council is inviting tenders from potential suppliers who may be interested in delivering</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)"> positive activities for young people in South Gloucestershire. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">This is an online supplier engagement event, where potential Providers will have the opportunity to learn about the commission and the procurement timeline. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">The Youth Activities Offer provides universal centre based and detached youth work sessions to young people </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">aged 13 to 18 and up to 25, for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">The initial duration of the contract is likely to be 60 months (5 years), with the potential to extend for a further 24 months, making a total possible contract term of 84 months (7 years). </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">Any contract extension or renewal will be dependent upon continued need for the service, satisfactory performance, and availability of funding.
