The works: Strip-off existing cladding to walls, roof and internal parapet upstand. repair defective areas of intumescent coating to existing steel frame Re-clad walls, roof and internal parapet upstand with insulated profiled sheets to include roof lights. Replace parapet cappings and copings. Replace valley gutters. Replace roller shutters,windows & personnel doors. Upgrade Electrics & lighting.
