SPS 2652 Third Party Enforcement

Tender description

As part of our highly regarded Integrated Enforcement approach, the Royal Borough of Greenwich is proposing to issue an invitation to tender for the provision of third party/commercial enforcement support. The primary aim of the service will be to tackle ASB and environmental crime. This will involve the selected supplier providing a dedicated team of officers, primarily integrated within the Safer Spaces service, to undertake highly visible patrols and enforcement activity. The team will operate borough wide, although primarily in our priority town centres (Woolwich, Greenwich, Eltham and Plumstead) but also in our parks, estates and open spaces, and other areas of high footfall. Third party enforcement staff, will also work closely with RBG's Enviro-crime team as well as our Highways and Environmental Health departments This contract is a concession and therefore financial value is uncertain at this point.
