<p>Following PIN on 26/09/22 - DN634888 - 2022/S 000-026926 Rochdale Council is seeking to appoint an experienced Asset Manager and Property Manager to maximise performance and undertake daily management of Rochdale Riverside retail and leisure centre in Rochdale town centre. Rochdale Riverside opened in April 2020. It is a predominantly open centre providing circa 220,000 sq ft of retail, food and leisure space across 27 units. The scheme is anchored by M&amp;S and Next in terms of retail and a six-screen cinema and indoor golf offer for leisure visitors. The scheme includes a 520 space multi storey car park. The Council is looking to appoint an Asset Manager and Property Manager for this purpose with the contract commencing in April 2023. The initial contract period will be 3 years, with an option, exercisable by the Council, to extend it for a further 2 years, subject to contract review.</p> Keywords: Asset Management , Property Management
