<p>We are looking to accelerate this work to deliver an Analytics Career and Development Framework, co-produced with key stakeholders in the organisation, that will clearly define roles and pathways that exist in the analytics profession in government, along with a competency matrix giving a generally expected level across a standard range of competencies for each analyst grade. The final product would also include a training curriculum, signposting to quality training providers and courses which will assist employees and managers in addressing the developmental needs of the team.</p> Keywords: tender
