Tender description

The Authority is holding an Open Competition for Project MONET with the intent to award up to 3 Research & Development Contracts to design and develop a technology demonstrator to aid defences understanding of green technology that can be exploited for elementary trainer aircraft, subject to the outcome of the Open Competition. The requirement is to demonstrate the coherence of technologies that have minimum impact on the environment throughout the life of an air system, in a certified flying testbed. The flying testbed will demonstrate measurable real world performance characteristics and be capable of delivering against pre-determined performance criteria. Please note: This ITT is exempt from the Regulations pursuant to Regulation 14 of the PCR 2015 as Project MONET is a Research & Development activity.
