<p>Tier 3 Specialist Weight Assessment and Management Service (SWAMS) for Severe and Complex Morbid Obesity</p> <p>SEL ICB (Greenwich Borough) is seeking to procure a Tier 3 SWAMS in Greenwich to treat obesity and morbid obesity in a specialised multi-disciplinary (MDT) community setting, with an emphasis on psychological support for the increasing numbers of people who have failed to achieve a healthy weight after accessing Tier 2 services. Tier 3 would also provide support for those who go forward to surgical intervention (Tier 4).</p> <p>Please fill out the attached Expression of Interest (EOI) Form and upload it to the ProContract portal by 12:00 on 12 December 2022. Only those providers who pass all of the relevant checks contained on this form will be taken forward to any following bidding stages.</p> Keywords: Tier 3
