Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this supplier questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of Nuclear Medicine Viewing Software.<br/>The bidders who pass the requirements of the SQ provision (the "Bidders") capable of performing the contract, who will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT).<br/>The contract will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions.
