Invitation to Provide a Mini-Tender for Competition under North West Construction Hub High Value Construction Framework Lot No. 2 - Design & Construct Job Reference: NWCH344 For Programme of Fire Station Rebuild Projects (GMCA 580) Partners on the North West Construction Hub (NWCH), High Value Construction Framework Lot 2, invited to an opportunity to tender for appointment as the Construction Partner on the Programme of Five Fire Station Rebuild Projects for Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), The ‘Authority’. The tender will take the form of a Mini Competition between partners. This will be ‘Stage 1’ of a 2-Stage call-off procurement process under the protocols and procedures of the North West Construction Hub. Your submissions should be based upon the information provided and questions asked within this document. Once selected, the successful constructor partner will become part of the Client’s broader ‘project team’ to take the project forward through ‘all-party collaborative engagement’ to contract agreement.
