However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Stonewater is looking to appoint multiple skilled, competent and experienced contractors to our Lift Modernisation and Replacement Framework. It is intended that the Framework will run for a 4 year period. It will be possible in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement for call off contracts to extend beyond the initial term for a maximum of 2 years.
