Grass Cutting Contract - March 2023 (3+1)

St Briavels Parish Council is a small rural parish rich in historical heritage in the Forest of Dean. The parish council is also the Burial Authority and is responsible for the closed churchyard and our small cemetery. This contract is for grass cutting of various areas scheduled as Amenity, Churchyard, Borders and Wildflower on a 3 year +1 optional year basis. Contractors wishing to quote for the grass cutting contract please read and understand the Contract conditions, schedule and maps. To submit a bid please complete the tender form, provide required Health & Safety and method statements, and reference details. To ensure tender confidentiality bids will not be accepted via email. Please submit your paper quote in a fully sealed envelope. Please do not make any other marks on the envelope and ensure the quote is posted in good time to reach the parish council clerk by the closing time advertised. Tenders will be opened under strict conditions and considered by the council in confidential session. This contract is being advertised in The Forester local newspaper, the councils website and also registered on the Governments UK Contracts finder database as per Contract Regulations Thank you for your interest in our Tender.
