Food Safety Support for Head Office, Service Centres and Mark IV Restaurant Services

TfW require annual food safety validations of its four Catering Service Centres and Onboard food service operations, based on TfW’s Food Safety Management System, HACCP, and food safety legislation. - Annual food safety compliance audits to be carried out on nominated suppliers. - To carry out 6 monthly reviews of TfW’s Food Safety Management system. - Offer reactive support for any failures / recommendations from EHO visits/Audits with one follow up inspection per site which requires improvement. - Offer reactive support for any potential rescore request as a result of EHO visit determining a score under the expected 5. This includes gathering of evidence and submission of rescore request with Audit to ensure site is compliant and ready for reinspection.
