Tender description

The provision of 5000 Objective Enterprise Content management (“ECM”) User Licences for the Council's corporate electronic documents and records management system (“EDRMS”). The Contract also includes End User Training Licenses, Rapid Redact, Drawings Management and Ezescan software. To provide Best Value and reduce costs the licences were procured through a Direct Award to Softcat - via the Scottish Government's Software Value Added Re-Seller Framework (NP5016/17).
