Asbestos Removal Call-Off Contract

Denbighshire County Council are seeking to invite and appoint HSE licensed asbestos removal contractors to a bespoke call-off contract for asbestos removal services. The required services will span the county of Denbighshire. The contract will run for 12 months with the possibility of annual extensions to a maximum term of 10 years The contractors appointed to this contract must be capable of making a contractual commitment to all requirements set out in the Specification. Denbighshire County Council are engaged in demolition, refurbishment, renovation, maintenance and repair of their property portfolios. As part of this required work the services of a licensed asbestos removal contractor are critical. Denbighshire County Council’s expenditure for asbestos removal services is approximately £300-£350k per annum. This value has been provided for informative purposes only and is not a guarantee of committed spend. The value of this contract may also reduce year on year and is wholly dependent upon business need.
