The Kingston and Richmond Retreat Crisis House service aims to increase the range of services available to people locally experiencing a mental health crisis to prevent admissions to acute mental health in-patient beds. The Provision of the Kingston and Richmond Retreat (Crisis House) for the Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond described in this questionnaire, relates to SWL ICB's intention to establish a contract for up to three years (with the option of a two-year extension) and with an indicative contract value of up to £1,570,388 for three years.
