Supply and Installation of Workshop Equipment

Tender description

To equip and carry out alterations to an existing workshop at the GL4 6PG depot to maintain the Gloucester City vehicle fleet in a modern, effective and efficient way. The main bulk of the works will be to: • supply and installation of a new 10 metre vehicle inspection pit; • supply and installation of an approved ATF 20 tonne air operated pit jack; • supply and installation of a commercial ATF approved 20 tonne commercial play detectors with remote wireless handset; • supply and installation of an ATF approved commercial vehicle roller brake tester (RBT) complete with hard standing testing area within 5% of level on approach to the RBT for 11 metres, including extending outside the building as necessary; • supply and installation of 6 wireless mobile column lifts (SWL 7,5T each lift); • Axle Stands for column lifts (SWL 7.5T); • supply and installation of 4 tonne two post vehicle lift; • supply and installation ATF approved commercial vehicle headlamp aligner with hard standing testing area within 5% of level, for a distance of at least 8.5 metres; • supply and installation 100 litre oil drainer; • Miscellaneous as per specification and pricing spreadsheet.
