This project is part of an ongoing national term contract maintenance programme for Tuath Housing Association in domestic inspecting, servicing and maintenance, etc., Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Mechanical Extract Ventilation Unit systems, e.g., and all other similar appliances and their connections, etc., to c. 1,700 No. targeted apartment and houses, etc., properties located nationally in various county regions as well as preparing conditional reports and certification thereon. Tenderers are generally expected to be experienced and registered electrical fire alarm/emergency lighting, etc., specialist Contractor and to submit a fully detailed lump sum fixed price tender amount for its execution, completion and certification, etc., all in accordance with the following enclosed Works Requirements main tender documents.
