Do you have a day rate range you are prepared to accept for the developer? As we have never tendered this before, we are willing to look at various options. 6. Are you looking for an individual to complete this work, or would you consider an agency team? We are looking at an idividual team. 9. Can you please confirm the expected budget for this project? Can you please confirm when you would like this work to start?The expected start date listed only leaves 2 days for you to assess applications and agree contracts with the successful applicant. We understand it is a tigh schedule, but we have been reassured by several providers that it is possible to have it sorted and tested for end of May 2023. 11. Whilst we believe you would offer secure platforms we would have to understand more fully the nature of what was available and if the specification and comfort for data integrity and security. 14. Can you please confirm whether you expect to be able to add/edit pages yourself, with Yes, we do expect to be able to build/add and edit pages with functionality generally found in a Content Management System (CMS)? 15. Does the website need to integrate directly with RHL’s range of transactional services (rent payments, online payments, …) or simply provide a website link to direct the user to these separate systems? No – we would only need to link to external websites for transactional services
