Summary of the work Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels and work alongside the CAMLite Product Manager and other members of the Digital Channels Leadership team to support the definition and initialisation, as required, of the next phase of the CAMLite Replacement Project. Specialist role Delivery manager Expected Contract Length 12 Months Latest start date Tuesday 3 January 2023 Who Speclialist Work With The existing team within DWP Shared Channels Experience is made up of a mix of internal DWP personnel and contractors. What Specialists Work On The individual will possess detailed knowledge and experience of legacy agent facing systems. The candidate will have knowledge of other ongoing Digital Channels and SRA projects within the public sector. The individual will be an experienced technical delivery lead, possessing experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and awareness and experience in delivering to GDS’s delivery methodology and standards. Skills & Experience • Knowledge of GDS principles • Experience of delivering legacy system transformation projects • Has experience of managing the technical solution of a database management tool • Agile delivery principles • Experience of implementing solutions on cloud based platforms • Experience of delivering software at pace in an agile environment Nice to Haves An understanding of content manangement based systems Work Location The individual will be aligned to the Manchester technology hub and will operate a hybrid working model of 2 days in the hub and 3 days working remotely. Working Arrangments Hybrid model 2 days working on site and 3 days working remotely.
