Tender description

The client is seeking bids from specialist landscape contractors as part of the works to redevelop the former Langcliffe Quarry Depot site in Settle. Planning approval was granted by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority subject to completion of the landscaping works referred to in this tender. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one contractor. This Project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014 - 2020 and the Government's Local Growth Fund through the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Local Enterprise Partnership.
