Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre Soft Landscaping Works

Tender description

The client is seeking bids from specialist landscape contractors as part of the works to redevelop the former Langcliffe Quarry Depot site in Settle. Planning approval was granted by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority subject to completion of the landscaping works referred to in this tender. The construction of buildings and hard landscaping on the site has been split into two phases. Phase one included units 1 to 9 and has now been completed. Phase two is in progress with a planned completion date of June 2023. The construction contractor is Sutcliffe Construction Ltd and will be on site until May 2023 completing the construction of phase 2 building and hard landscaping. Sutcliffe Construction Ltd have confirmed that the Soft Landscaping Contractor is able to use their welfare accommodation whilst undertaking the soft landscaping contract. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one contractor. This soft landscaping tender is for the phase one area of the site only.
