Luton Airport Operations Limited (LLOA) is seeking tender responses for the grant of 2 Retail Concessions: Lot 1 - An Airside Healthcare Concession (Unit 28) - Concession target commencement date: 01.09.2023 o Variety (range & depth) of different healthcare, suncare, and beauty products across various price points ranging from affordable to aspirational including the latest designer brands o Variety (range & depth) of travel essentials o A variety of food and beverage options including sandwiches, crisps, small confectionary and bottled/canned soft drinks o The ability to deliver airport exclusive products / offers o Tills - There must be a minimum of 8 tills in the unit o An adequate number of staff deployed in customer facing roles at all times o Bold, innovative use of digital assets to enhance the guest experience Lot 2 - An Airside Healthcare Concession (Unit 7) - Concession target commencement date: 01.06.2023 o Variety (range & depth) of different healthcare, suncare, and beauty products across various price points ranging from affordable to aspirational including the latest designer brands o Variety (range & depth) of travel essentials o The ability to deliver airport exclusive products / offers o Tills - There must be a minimum of 2 tills in the unit o An adequate number of staff deployed in customer facing roles at all times o Bold, innovative use of digital assets to enhance the guest experience Please note that the estimated contract value shown is the total revenue of the contract over a period of 5 Years to the concessionaire. The estimated value paid to London Luton Airport Operations is ?19 mil to ?22 mil over 5 Years. Additional information: Prospective concessionaires must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
