Tender description

Kingsway Academy Adaptions Phase 1E Phase 1A-D approaching completion and phase 2 currently being developed to go out to tender. Due to preparation of tender documentation for phase 2 being very complex and now a part school accommodation by Clare Mount and Foxfield SEN schools the need to keep the school adaptations on programme is imperative between the completion of works 1A-D and proposed start of phase 2. Agreement with the school has been made to progress these intermediate works which will supplement phase 2 and allow the school to continue uninterrupted. Agreement to progress with the above has been approved at senior level and will ensure continuity of both school and programme.
