Tender description

The purpose of the Housing Related Support Mental Health Pathway Services is to provide high quality supported accommodation and floating support services for people whose primary need is mental health. The provision will enable service users to retain and gain the necessary skills to live as independently as possible by building on their strengths and aspirations for the future. The Mental Health Pathway Services also provides a trauma informed service which will support recovery from mental ill health. Lot 1: Intensive Support Service Housing Related Support - Intensive Support Service The Council is seeking to commission approximately 41 units of accommodation and support services for vulnerable and homeless adults experiencing multiple disadvantages. Lot 2: Flexible Support Service - Long Stay Housing Related Support - Flexible Support Service - Long Stay The Council is seeking to commission 12 units of accommodation and support services for vulnerable and homeless adults experiencing multiple disadvantages. Lot 3: Flexible Support Services - Generic Housing Related Support - Flexible Support Services - Generic The Council is seeking to commission approximately 58 units of accommodation and support services for vulnerable and homeless adults experiencing multiple disadvantages. Lot 4: Flexible Support Service for Women only Housing Related Support - Flexible Support Service for Women only The Council is seeking to commission approximately 5-10 units of accommodation and support services for vulnerable and homeless women experiencing multiple disadvantages. This service to be provided on one site. Lot 5: Flexible Support Service for Black Men only Housing Related Support - Flexible Support Service for Black Men only The Council is seeking to commission approximately 5-10 units of accommodation and support services for vulnerable and homeless black men experiencing multiple disadvantages. This service to be provided on one site. Lot 6: Housing First Support Services Housing Related Support - Housing First Support Services The Council is seeking to commission approximately 30 units of intensive floating support services for vulnerable and homeless people experiencing high levels of mental health needs aged over 18. Five of these units will be specifically for rough sleeping clients. The service will operate a flexible delivery model and provide support based on a clients specific needs that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness, that builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future. Lot 7: Floating Support Services Housing Related Support - Floating Support Services The Council is seeking to commission approximately 100 units of floating support services for vulnerable and homeless adults experiencing multiple disadvantages.
