Tender description

This notice is published on a voluntary basis. ATU Donegal, in conjunction with Donegal ETB (DETB) is planning to deliver metal fabrication apprenticeship training programmes, with a view to expanding provision to include other trade apprenticeships. For this purpose, ATU Donegal is inviting expressions of interest from parties with facilities willing to lease a property (new / existing) in the Letterkenny area for an initial period of up to 10 years. As the acquisition of land or existing buildings falls under the exception of Art. 10 of Directive 2014/24/EU (Regulation 10 S.I. 284/2016) (Specific exclusions for service contracts), this procedure, where advertised using public procurement processes, including eTenders is being done on a purely voluntary basis.
