The Agreement is for the supply and delivery of Exercise Books & Scholastic Papers. This Agreement is divided into three LOTS LOT 1 – Exercise Books LOT 2 – Loose Leaf Scholastic Papers LOT 3 – Miscellaneous Associated Products Suppliers must be able to provide at least 80% of Lots 1 and 2 to be considered as a supplier thereof, Lot 3 may be awarded line item. Lot 1: Exercise Books LOT 1 – Exercise Books 225gsm Manila Cover - colour range to include, but not be restricted to pink, red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, purple, grey and buff. Other colours may be introduced through the life of the contract. 75gsm Scholastic Paper (unless otherwise stated) Ruling to include, but not be restricted to ruled 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 13mm, 15mm (with and without margin), squared 5mm, 7mm, 10mm and 20mm (without margin), plain, plain top half ruled bottom, alternate plain and ruled, handwriting ruling. Staples to be no less than 2 in 203x165 and no less than 3 in larger sizes. Staples to be placed and of sufficient length to ensure pages will be secure for the life of the book. Books to have a square spine. All 9x7", A4 & A4+ books to have KCS product code printed on the rear of the book. Box labels to bear the KCS product reference alongside any supplier reference Product carton to be strong enough to withstand two potential handlings - ie from KCS to customer and from customer to KCS should the necessity arise. Suppliers must be able to provide at least 80% of Lots 1 to be considered as a supplier Lot 2: Loose Leaf Scholastic Papers LOT 2 – Loose Leaf Scholastic Papers Including but not limited to: Loose leaf scholastic lined paper Loose leaf scholastic graph paper Loose leaf scholastic isometric paper Suppliers must be able to provide at least 80% of Lot 2 to be considered as a supplier Lot 3: Miscellaneous Associated Products LOT 3 – Miscellaneous Associated Products Including but not limited to: Exercise Book Handwriting Learn To Write Primary Dictionary. Lot 3 may be awarded by line item.
