Tender description

The University is seeking proposals from various Estates Professional Services providers - Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers. Lot 1: Quantity Surveyor Consultancy Services 001/22/HG The University wishes to appoint a Quantity Surveyor Consultant to provide services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. The Quantity Surveyor Consultant would be expected to act as part of the design team headed by an Architect and occasionally as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team. Lot 2: Architectural and CDM Coordinating Services 002/22/HG The University wishes to appoint a firm to provide Architectural & CDM Co-ordinator services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. The Architect would be expected to act as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team. Lot 3: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultant Services 003/22/HG The University wishes to appoint a Mechanical & Electrical Consultant to provide services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. Mechanical & Electrical Consultant would be expected to act as part of the design team headed by an Architect and occasionally as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team. Lot 4: Structural and Civil Engineering Consultant Services 004/22/HG The University wishes to appoint a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultant to provide services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. The Structural and Civil Engineering Consultant would be expected to act as part of the design team headed by an Architect and occasionally as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team.
