ECO4 installers to develop, deliver and manage a holistic ECO4 Flexible Eligibility service for households in GM that incorporates: property identification, lead generation householder engagement, referral work with GMCA’s statement of intent as published online (1st November). • provide necessary documents to assist GMCA/GM LAs in the signing of the declaration form. assist in the submission of signed declaration form to Ofgem. PAS2035 compliant- Advice, Assessment, Retrofit Coordination and Evaluation supply chain engagement/procurement if appropriate contract administration/management provision of ECO4funding, sourcing and utilisation of these funds works Quality Assurance and delivery of works after install of ECO4 measures to notify Ofgem Post works client care.
