Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 20% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers 1. Is there a current incumbent or preferred supplier for this work? This is a new role 2. 1) Is there any flexibility regarding the on the onsite requirements? i.e. reduce the percentage onsite for the right candidate?2) Are there restrictions on when they can take this time? i.e. Could they be fully remote after working the first week onsite? 1) Unfortunately not - the 40% is a requirement for all colleagues within DWP.2) The 40% is a monthly average, so it is not essential to do 2 days a week. The on-site working is primarily to ensure team meetings can be conducted in person so there be team specific days that would be seen as essential. 3. If a supplier has two suitable candidates with slightly different profiles and day rates can the supplier submit two different options as part of this project. Apologies for the delay as I was checking with CCS. They have confirmed that each supplier only has one opportunity to apply for a specialist role.
