Inspection, Cleaning, Reporting, and Call Out Response for Drain Cleaning and Grease Traps at Naval Base, Haulbowline, Co. Cork Collins Barrack, Cork Kilworth Camp, Co Cork Bere Island, Castletownbere, Co Cork Sarsfield Barrack, Limerick Stephens Barrack, Kilkenny Renmore Barracks, Galway Ballymullen Barracks, Tralee The Scope of Works shall include the following: • Grease trap cleaning, repair and service, • Drain cleaning, repair and service, • Industrial tanker service, • Wastewater systems unblocking, cleaning and pumping, and, • Drains CCTV survey and mapping. The Works involve the servicing and cleaning, by a suitably qualified and experienced specialist firm, of existing Grease Traps listed hereinafter, in full compliance with the relevant EN, IS and BS standards for Forty-eight {48} month period. The installations include both Grease Traps and Drain Cleaning. Servicing shall be understood to mean inspecting and cleaning of Grease Traps to include Bio Fluid and Dosing of units service every three (3) months, and a system of recording and reporting (on observations and actions taken) to the Officer Commanding, Infrastructure & Utilities, 1 Engr Gp, Collins Barrack. Cork (OC I&U). In addition to a programme of planned visits to each location, the work involves the provision of a maintenance call-out service, to be paid for based on a fee per call-out, as quoted in this tender, for all locations listed.
