In 2021, 47 people were killed and 647 were seriously injured on the roads of Devon and Cornwall. As a Vision Zero’s Partner Devon and Cornwall Police have a pledge to cut road deaths and serious injuries to zero by 2040 and to reduce current numbers by 50% by 2030. Devon and Cornwall Police are therefore beginning a procurement process for the supply and maintenance of a Motorbike Simulator and Mobile Classroom. Proven past performance including technical capabilities and evidence of economic and financial standing for the high-level specification is required when responding to the PIN.
