<p>South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse district councils are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants with relevant experience to undertake an Employment Land Needs Assessment for both districts. Consultants are invited to provide a submission indicating how they would fulfil this brief and a quote for the work. The councils are seeking consultants to undertake an assessment of the future employment needs for both districts to inform the joint local plan 2041. The study will be a comprehensive point of reference for the local plan using a robust, recognised methodology to generate assumptions around employment needs and translating this into likely floorspace requirements.</p> Keywords: consultancy
